I sent my time-sensitive UPS package to IRS, Austin, through this store on 6387 Camp Bowie. The delivery got delayed by 7 days from when it was supposed to be delivered (well past the IRS deadline). I called the store customer service 2 days after the expected delivery date to report the missing package, and was told a manger would get back to me. It's been 7 days and I haven't heard from the manager yet. Today (10/20/25), when I called the store, a lady at the store said my ground UPS package can be delayed by 5-7 days and there is nothing they can do about it, and I am not eligible for a refund since it was UPS ground. Is this the level of accountability I can expect from a business when spending $14 for a 1-page shipment? It is pathetic!!!! I am never going back to this UPS store. USPS can provide the same level of incompetancy for far less money then $14 at UPS!

They charge a $2.95 computer rental fee plus print fee's to print one piece of paper. This is price gouging at its finest. You can also tell they have some fake 5 star reviews to help negate all the 1 star reviews. The manager got sassy when I called them out on the price gouging too Got corporate involved to see if this is the reputation they want for their franchises

I came here to drop off a amazon return package. This place had the nerve to charge a computer rental fee of $2.95. I wont ever drop any amazon returns at ups or use ups anymore. The employees weren't bad but i only wanted to print a return shipping label. I already got charged the $0.15 for the print but i didnt rent no dam computer. What a complete rip off! The other ups stores didnt charge me anything for amazon returns. No wonder amazon cut off business.

I have been to this location a few times because it is close to my house. I have used their notary service a few times in the past.  But, now I am shipping packages for my job regularly.  The owner, manager and staff all greet me with smiles and are very welcoming. They handle my packages with care and understand the importance of meeting a customer's needs. This UPS Store has Handicap and wheelchair access right in front This store offers packing, shipping, printing, shredding, notarizing, faxing, and mailbox services that meet your needs all in one place. The location is right off Camp Bowie Blvd in west Fort Worth near 30w freeway. The nearest major cross street is Bryant Irvin Rd.  This UPS store is located in the Tom Thumb parking and is walking distance from McDonald's, Goody Goody Liquor, and the El Fenix Mexican restaurant.  Keep up the good work.
