Brilliant place. Facilities were clean and warm. Ice bath was spacious and perfect temp. Sauna was really hot but not unbearable. We'll definitely be back soon 🫶
Excellent thermal experience. Amazing space to have all to yourself at an affordable price. Very clean and very well presented. Nice to have 2 ice baths so that 2 people can plunge at the same time. Sauna nice and hot. Having the shower/toilet area in the same space so you do not have to leave the room is great as is having towels included. Would highly recommend as a great way to spend an hour and feel all the better afterwards.
what a (very) hidden away gem, at the back of the gym (important - park on main road not where google may take you to when you out in the address), friendly staff and just a great we spot to unwind, do something a bit different and catch up with friends while egging each other on for the cold plunge. excellent facility, clean and well laid out - will be back, if I can be braver and do the plunge 🤣 my 2 friends did it I was the woose 🤣
Just did two rounds of 20-minute sauna and two rounds of 10-minute ice bath—and honestly, I feel like I just returned from a spiritual pilgrimage to Kuwait… then got tossed into the Arctic. 🧖♂️❄️ The sauna hit me with that authentic Kuwaiti summer heat—I could practically hear camels groaning outside. Then came the cold plunge… and wow. It was like getting baptized by an angry glacier. I saw my soul leave, re-enter, and give me a thumbs-up. one moment I’m in the gates of HELL, the next I’m freezing like a forgotten bag of peas in the freezer. It’s painful, peaceful, and weirdly addictive. Highly recommend. Worth every second of shock, sweat, and serenity. Will 100% be back for another round of “Kuwait meets Antarctica” therapy.
Located inside the EDA gym, but you don't need to be a member of the gym to access it. Our first time experiencing the ice baths, it was good to know that a hot sauna is a few steps away!
