My Husband and I used to come here, but ultimately left due to the poor customer service. We recently found ourself back here and are so glad we did! So much has changed since our last visit. The staff was helpful and the manager even came out to assist and make sure we were happy with the service. The best part of all is that the manager encouraged us to bring our golden inside and even offered him a treat! They treated us like family. 11/10 highly recommend!
I had an excellent experience at this location, and it really shows since Adrian, the new general manager, took over. The entire team was exceptionally kind, professional, and genuinely cared about providing great service. From start to finish, everything was smooth, efficient, and transparent. Everyone was friendly and went out of their way to help. You can tell this location is being run with pride and strong leadership. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this Tire Discounters location to anyone looking for honest, top-notch service.
Can not recommend enough!! Adrian, the manager, and his team made my whole stressful experience so easy to navigate and they were more than willing to explain anything that didn't make sense to me and didn't make me feel stupid like other car businesses. Will never take my car to anyone else as long as this team is there.
Always had courteous, professional service here. Bought four tires, have had two free tire rotation/re-balancing visits since. Only wished I had known of the free alignment offer when I purchased the four new tires. But otherwise, I have nothing to say but good things about this establishment...and no one has ever tried to push me to buy unrequested services (and I'm a retired diesel truck mechanic). Only suggested I buy better quality tires (mine were for a seldom-used third car). That was just in the form of a professional recommendation. And when I said "no", no one pushed the issue or pressured me. Professional and courteous in every respect.
I waited two hours for an oil change. I was told the oil change was done quickly but my vehicle could not be pulled out of the service bay because a tire delivery truck was blocking the way. For two hours?! I said “that’s not my problem.” The reason this is not a one star is because I was not charged for the oil change. But thank goodness I didn’t have another appointment to get too. But that’s two hours of my day that was totally unproductive and boring
