I needed new tires on my all wheel drive VW Tiguan and opted to finally get snow tires vs all seasons again which I never liked. I wanted Blizzak WS90s and while they didn’t had them in stock the manager found them same day & I couldn’t be happier. Whole team was friendly and helpful. Will definitely go back.
Tires Plus doesn’t plow their sidewalks, even days after snowstorms. Kind of makes you wonder—if they don’t care about their neighbors, what makes you think they’ll care about your tires?
Trevor was awesome!!!! Good attitude. But…. I had an appointment set yesterday and they didn’t have the tires I wanted so they rescheduled me for today and then today when I went in, they highball me about 100 bucks higher than the original quote and told me they still had the wrong tires delivered so I ended up waiting six hours for a tire change. I’m hoping there’s nothing else wrong with my car because they tried to tell me there was a bunch wrong with the vehicle. Will not be going back to this place. I do not recommend it.
Kudos to Emily and Kennedy at Tires Plus It was a cold and snowy Saturday and I was stuck with a flat tire which I had driven on. I called around to several tire places and the only one that answered their phone was Tires Plus. Emily, the person at the front, was amazing, kind and upbeat, which was very helpful in my situation. I had the car towed to Tires Plus. As the tire was trashed and the other three tires old, I decided to just buy a set of tires (which I had been contemplating for the past two weeks). The prices at Tires Plus were comparable to other places I checked. They had to order the tires that I needed and Emily told me that the car should be ready on Tuesday. Kennedy was the technician and she did a great job also. The best news is that they were able to have my car ready a day earlier than promised which was above and beyond in my opinion. I am so fortunate to have two great women taking care of my car! Thank you so much!
Have never had a good experience. I went in for a tire rotation and oil change. The morning of the appointment my tire light went on. I asked if they could put air in the tires. The person at the counter said it was taken care of but my light did not go off. I drive to Discount Tire on University for a free air check and tires were low. I saw that the left front tire was still at a 26 when 32 is the recommended number. I went back to the store to ask the manager if they did any of the work they said they did and his response was only “‘I saw him do it”. He lied because that’s not possible. I only went back because they gave me a coupon for an oil change after charging too much for a previous service. Would not recommend
