Kimberly is an incredible esthetician! She’s professional, courteous, warm, and very knowledgeable of her craft. I had several questions during my first appointment with her and she patiently answered all of them. She also made valuable recommendations that turned out great. I can proudly say that I’ve seen marked improvements in my skin within less than one month of her service. She also follows up with emails and text messages in a timely manner (big deal for me 😊). Kimberly was absolutely wonderful with answering my questions, dealing with my nervous rambling, and treating me with the utmost care. As it was my first time being waxed, she made a wonderful impression. She was very professional and didn’t force her products on me. Very lovely attitude and knows how to ease others discomfort. I drove two hours to see her and I will do it again. Plus, she has awesome music. If I could give her more stars, I absolutely would. Highly recommended.
