Management and staff are amazing. Very friendly and helpful. My kids (12 and 10) and I stopped in Christmas Eve and it was dead but the staff were so engaged that it wad like a private play date. They gave out free icees to all guests which was a big win for the kids. This location is alot smaller than the Laurel location and does not have a race track. But its very clean and staff was very present and active.
I came here for a birthday party and as someone who has two boys who needs to wear them down and keep them active on the weekends this was a win! This place was very cool even for adults. There were so many activities and obstacles. I am truly impressed and the facility was clean, I had some popcorn and slushie and overall such a good time. If I had another one closer to my home I would absolutely get a membership.
I had a party for my twin girls 10th birthday and it was awesome. The host was very pleasant and helpful though out the party. She made sure we had everything we needed. The kids had an amazing time with all the activities to play. I would definitely have another party here.
I coordinated a field trip here for the end of last year for the students at my school (grades 1st-3rd) and it was an amazing time!! The staff was professional, helpful, and brought good energy for our large group. We had access to the tables to eat lunch packed lunch, were given our socks, and got jumping!! We were allowed to bring unlimited chaperones, who were assigned to zones to help manage our students. Current 2nd and 3rd graders are already asking if when we are going back. Definitely booking again! I should have written the review when the experience was fresh in my head to shout out two specific employees but adding their photo in this review (they were fantastic and helped make our event the best end of the year field trip).
This venue is the most fantastic place to throw (or attend) an all-inclusive birthday party. My kiddo has been asking to have his birthday here, since he attended one last year, and so of course we obliged! The party host was so kind and so helpful, we really enjoyed working with her, and it’s evident how much she loves her job and loves being around kiddos. On top of that, the staff members that oversee each of the different play areas were so caring. There were some sections my 3 year old was too small to go in to, and when he was upset about it, the staff cheered him up by talking to him, sharing a ball with him, giving him some high fives and showing us all of the areas where he could run and play without worry of being trampled over by the big kids! They were just so fantastic, and went above and beyond to make sure all of the kids were having a great time. The best part was that once the party was over, the kiddos were still granted unlimited access to the whole facility, and allow to play for as long as they wanted! I highly recommend Urban Air, Glen Burnie, for a birthday party or just a fun day of play! We will definitely be back!!
