Luka did an excellent job with our HVAC maintenance. He was thorough, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He cleaned the system, recommended a better air filter for our home, and even crawled under the house to check for potential leaks. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing the job right and not cutting corners. Highly recommend Luka for anyone needing HVAC service.
We got an estimate from another service and they said we needed to pay $1700 for a new control panel and more for other repairs and our heater wouldn’t work for more than a week while they ordered the parts. On a rec from a friend, we had Valley heating come out. They fixed the heater the same day and only charged us the $150 for the diagnosis. So glad we found this honest firm!
Valley Heating and Cooling has been great for decades. Again with this annual maintenance call - Mario shows up right on time and does a thorough job of inspecting my old furnace. He even makes sure the correct size filter is noted in my file for future service calls. Great job as always!
Heat pump works great. But they left several skuff marks on walls and trim needing touch up, and two crusty spots on the carpet - all near heater closet. Small sample below. Our estimator has been great. Updated 11/10/25, to 5 stars from 3 today. Mike came out and helped to clean carpet and walls. He also gave new advice on getting city inspections done quicker. And left us with a thank you gift. We are now totally satisfied.
We were very impressed at the level of service received from Valley Heating and Cooling! Roberto and Mario were excellent workers. They showed up on time, worked efficiently, were very neat and tidy, and answered all our questions during the installation process. We will definitely continue to do business with this reputable company. We installed a heat pump and 2 air handlers. The unit we replaced was installed by Valley Heating and Cooling back in 2009. We definitely got our money’s worth. Thank you Milton, Roberto, Mario, and David for your outstanding service!!
