We have been patrons of V’s for quite a while. My husband booked an appointment for our son today with a specific stylist, and received confirmation via email with that stylist. When he arrived for the appointment, our son had been scheduled with a different stylist (whom we specifically did not want as he’s had a bad cut with him in the past). Despite my husband showing the staff the confirmation email with the first stylist’s name, no resolution or apology was offered for the error made on the part of V’s. We’re disappointed in this error and response from the staff.
Angel has cut my kids’ hair three times now and has knocked it out of the park every time for each kid. He is also great about helping the kids have agency and a say in how they want their hair to look. Highly recommend!
This was my very first time visiting V's Barber shop and I enjoyed the experience. I haven't been to a real barbershop in years. My barber today was Kim P. And she did an excellent job. I selected the haircut and deluxe beard trim. It came out much better than I expected! I will book with Kim P. Again!
