When I lost my wedding set Walt's was recommended by a friend. Cheryl was so compassionate and comforting to help me decide what my next set should be. I wanted the new one to be as close as possible to my old set. She was patient and walked us through all the choices! I'm forever grateful for her help! You won't be disappointed at Walt's!
Walt's Jewelers is my go-to jewelry store for anything fine jewelry-related. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and highly professional. I've had rings sized, stones reset, and pieces appraised for insurance purposes. Recently I took some stones from some unworn jewelry to Walt's to design a ring that I would actually wear. I met with Cheryl, who has excellent design skills, and together we designed my newest ring. She kept me informed throughout the process, meeting with me to approve the CAD model, and later to view the ring prior to it being appraised. I am very happy with the result. The store is beautiful with a wide selection of dazzling jewelry, as well.
My parents and grandparents have gone to Walts and had great experiences- so when it came time for me and my partner to start looking for engagement rings, we decided to also go there! Cheryl showed us the options in stock, but also gave us the option to get custom rings made. We went this route because we wanted our rings to match. Cheryl was amazing every step of the way- working with us to make our rings exactly the way we envisioned them, and communicated thoroughly with us. We picked up our rings today and were blown away with how beautiful they were! I highly recommend Walt’s and Cheryl for any jewelry needs.
I selected Walt’s after visiting and speaking with multiple jewelers all over Scottsdale and Phoenix. I knew Walt’s was the jeweler I wanted to create my custom engagement ring with before my first visit had even concluded. I spoke with Cheryl upon entering and she was incredible. Extremely friendly, kind, knowledgeable, and patient with all my many questions as we built my ring from scratch. All the prior jewelers I had met with from different companies made me feel as thought my vision could not be brought to life or were pretentious and rude. Cheryl was the exact opposite, and with her help, we created my dream ring. I cannot recommend Walt’s and Cheryl enough. I will absolutely be returning with any future jewelry needs/purchases.
I have heard nothing but good about Walt’s, so I went in last Saturday to look around and get my rings cleaned. The staff was friendly; and Seth was so knowledgeable and attentive. He took one look at my wedding ring with the loupe and noticed that I had a couple prongs that were compromised. Within a few days, my ring was fixed and looking just as good as it did 33 yrs ago. Thank you, I am so pleased and will be bringing my husband in with me next time.
