I love this YMCA - perfect if you live downtown of course, but even if you just work downtown and want to get in a few steps on the treadmill on your lunch break. The facility is clean and bright with kind staff at the front desk. All of the machinery is modern, and I LOVE being able to look out the window at the city while I walk - it definitely beats a TV or my phone! Always happy with the Weigand Family YMCA.
Fantastic YMCA location & facility with closed garage for parking. Friendly staff and lots of amenities.
The Stretching class is amazing. It's the best one-hour time frame of the week.
Let me just say I love AJ and have had great interactions there at the front desk- but I’ve had to call twice in the last month to straighten things out and both times the phone was answered by someone that was insanely rude, to the point where I’m cancelling my membership. I got a new card and asked for AJ since I trust they would be able to help me, but this woman said that only she could help me. Now when I get a letter about a rate increase, I call the number on the letter asking for someone mentioned and this same woman says to “call central” and hangs up on me. It’s a shame because I really enjoyed my time at this YMCA, but with this I’ll be looking for other avenues.
The staff is wonderful. The gym is clean and well organized. They offer classes. The restorative yoga class with Maddie was amazing.
