I have been going to another dermatologist for over a year with no results so decided to change doctors. I made an appointment with Dr Edwards at Westlake Dermatology at Olmos Park. My first visit was amazing she let me try a sample of a medication for my rash and cleared up the first month. We decided to keep using this but I ran into problems with payment for the medication. Dr Edwards and Kristin have help me for the past 3 month's to get this resolved and we finally got it all worked out. Everyone in the office is great and truly cares about there patients. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a good doctor who really cares about you.
As someone who has been to multiple dermatology offices, I can say without doubt Dr Edwards and her medical assistant Lauren have always provided me the best care. In my visits I am met with attention, sincerity and have never felt rushed.
Dr. Edwards and her medical assistant, Lauren are a tremendous pair! From the first visit, they were exceptionally knowledgeable, kind, and genuinely caring. They took the time to explain my newly developed skin issues, ordered labs, cultures and went beyond what other dermatology offices have done for me in the past. Thanks to their expertise, care, and support, my skin is clear and healthy again. I’m so grateful to have found this team and highly recommend them!
Lauren is really sweet and every time I go there she’s always the sweetest! She genuinely cares. She asked questions about like how I’m doing, but like where I work and etc. She’s a great medical assistant and I always look forward to seeing her! Also, the lady on the front desk was very sweet. I did not get her name, but she was very patient with me when I was sorting through countless of cards so thank you for having such a kind team!
GREAT FIRST VISIT! The office is pretty, front desk seemed prepared when I arrived and friendly, medical assistants listened and collected all the information needed before the doctor came in. I saw Dr. Chaney Rottluff and she was so laid back and helpful. It was like talking to a friend and she came up with a skin solution for me in minutes after hearing me out. I'm happy I found a new dermatology home!
