Judith is always outstanding as a therapist as well as the front desk are very professional as well as kind, helpful and accommodating. You are ushered into a calm spirit as you open the front door and it follows you onto the back. (Wish I could maintain that calm one I leave.,,, any help for that☺️? )
Amber is a very rare massage therapist. She is not afraid to give heavy pressure and work hard on your injuries. She has helped me recover from my whiplash injuries in a way that I didn't imagine possible. She can't use aromatherapy, but the sacrifice is worth her skill. The location is lovely and peaceful.
UPDATE: Bumping back up to 5 stars because customer service reached out and was able to resolve the issue. It's nice to know they provide great massages and stand on service. Can't wait to go back. Hate to do it, because my massage therapists have been great, but for my most recent visit I purchased a gift certificate that was delivered late, which made it unusable for the occasion it was intended for. I reached out multiple times requesting a refund, was assured they were "checking into it" but never received a response after. The lack of communication and follow-through was disappointing.
10 out of 10 would recommend! Because my tier 2 therapist, Maritza is AMAZING & has really helped my chronic pain more than anything else I have tried! She is my angel! This is not an ordinary massage place they are actually therapeutic! My therapist has used cupping in tight sore areas & even thou during that tx its not so fun you will feel amazing afterwards! I cant say enough great things about Oak Haven massage. Im so glad Dr Meskill from TX pain experts recommended me try this!
Love it here! Every time I've come in I'm greeted very professionally and happily. The atmosphere is very relaxing overall. I typically see Cris when I come in and she always always always clears up whatever tightness, soreness and stiffness I have going on. I’ve also had Maritza and she too is a God send! I typically get tension headaches and stress knots behind my shoulder blades. I prefer hard to deep pressure and both have done an amazing job of making it very comfortable overall! Location is also perfect for me as well. I have the monthly membership!
