I highly recommend Woden Valley Plumbing and Gasfitting. They are highly responsive and reliable. More importantly they are genuinely nice people who I trust to undertake repairs/undertake services at my elderly mother’s house when I am not there. She is comfortable to have them in her home which has not been the case with other companies.
Happy to give Andrew and the team, including Crystal in the office, 5 stars for prompt and professional service. Our issue was a tricky burst internal pipe which took some diagnosing before we were able to plan a solution. The team came up with 3 options with pros and cons for each. Andrew was onsite regularly to check in with his team and the follow-up work with the sub-contracting plasterer and painter was similarly prompt and professional. While I wouldn't wish the issue on anyone, if you have to go through a tricky plumbing adventure, not sure you'd be able to beat the team at Woden Valley. Thanks all.
Nick was very professional, did a great job and he was efficient. He showed me exactly what he did and explained it to me simply. You could see the pride he takes in his work. Will definitely book again for all my plumbing needs.
Great service! I was given advice and reassurance via phone, followed by a timely arrival of Ian, who diagnosed my issue and explained steps to remediate my issue, and once I accepted the quote, job was completed the following day. The staff were amazing, efficient and informative. Excellent service, many thanks Wendy.
We were very happy with whole experience with Wooden Valley Plumbing. I booked online for someone to come and look at our hot water system which was malfunctioning. We got a phone call straight away moving our appointment forward to get it fixed. The tech who attend was super polite and professional. Talked me through the issues (and didn't default to the most expensive outcome either!). Half an hour and we were done and dusted, and we have hot water again! Also gave me some good advice about what to do if the issue happens again (before we pay more money for him to attend! Received a follow up call the following day to check to see that all was good with our hot water. So, all in all, very happy, and a pleasure to recommend!
