James was great - was a little late but I was kept informed And once he arrived he was super efficient. Two of our units needed extensive cleaning which was completed well and all included in the original quote. Very happy with all aspects of service from getting a quote to the work being completed three days later. Would not hesitate to recommend Melbourne Wide.
Albert came and services our Evap cooling and also went above and beyond by checking all the cooling units on our property (we have 3). He was knowledgable, friendly and has given us a plan moving forward. I was also grateful for great communication in booking the service and the reminder texts as well. Melbourne wide electrical were also really easy to book and came within a few days of booking.
Lenny was a champ … On time … courteous … attention to detail … a reminder of a service level that was more common 50 years ago …. Nothing was too much trouble … And … the price was very, very reasonable … I’d would recommend and will use them again when I need Elec or Gas repairs, safety checks etc … And a shout out to Kirk also who came earlier in the day for the plumbing … same punctuality, same pleasant service … Clearly a good company culture … Hard to find these days … Top notch !!!
I highly recommend Melbourne Wide Electrical. Our house experienced a power outage due to power tripping from loose connections in the circuit breaker which caused it to short circuit. I called them the following morning, and they were able to attend our home quickly on short notice. There were no hidden fees, and they were transparent with us throughout the entire process. The call-out and repair costs were extremely reasonable in my opinion. All up was around $400. Albert and Milan came out to fix the problem and did an amazing job! They were also happy to change our outdoor power point, which we requested in addition to the original issue. Both were friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything and answer all of our questions. Losing power was a very stressful experience, but the team at Melbourne Wide Electrical took great care of us and worked efficiently. I can’t recommend them highly enough and will definitely be calling them again if we have any future electrical issue 😊 Keep up the great work, and thank you! 🙏
