This was the opposite of what i consider a relaxing spa day. although the staff were decently nice, the building itself is very overstimulating. The lobby is very loud with no courtesy for quiet, with little instruction i was told to take my shoes off and go into the salt cave which was so cold and kept getting interrupted by staff so it was hard to relax. then came our massages, again with chaos in the lobby, the massage was decent. by this time i am 10% physically relaxed and still tense from the lack of spa day environment. Will not be coming back.
Let me start off by saying 5 Star Salt Caves spa offers the most amazing massage service. I felt deeply relaxed afterward with a quiet mind. I got a full body massage from Nina who worked her magic hands. She knew all the areas of tension and worked on my back, neck, shoulders arms and legs. Nina has good energy and her massage techniques are superior. I worked out a few days ago and she massaged all my aches and pains (and the holiday stress too) out of my body. I usually booked in the afternoon for couple massage, but tonight I thought I’d try an evening massage and it was so magical. The music, lighting and the whole ambience was super relaxing, calming, holiday festive and just pure magical looking place. Andrew at front desk who checked me in made me feel welcome. The staff were friendly when they brought me back to the sauna and walked me through the process. I will be back for sure.
Very interesting experience! We did ionic bath and salt cave session (90 min total). The baths were in a room to the side and perfect for 3 of us (felt like a private session). We could chit chat and use the message chairs. The salt cave was a very nice nap, but cold!! Bring a sweatshirt or use two of the provided blankets. I think you can get a discount using Groupon if you'd like to save some money.
I had such a wonderful experience at 5 Star Salt Caves! The salt caves themselves are absolutely beautiful, so peaceful, and instantly relaxing the moment you walk in. I had my massage with Tana Marie, and she was incredible! She has such a soothing touch, really listened to what I needed, and made me feel so comfortable throughout the session. I left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and truly cared for. This place is a gem. I can’t wait to come back and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and rejuvenating experience.
Visiting from out of town and stopped in for a little detox session. Staff were super friendly with relaxing atmosphere. The salt cave is very nice and relaxing. Was nice to breathe afterwards. The ionic foot bath was amazing to see all the toxins flushed out. Would recommend for locals or visitors!
