Outstanding Deep Tissue Massage – La is Exceptional! I’ve been getting deep tissue massages once a month for at least the last 15 years, with many different therapists across the US and even in multiple countries. While that doesn’t make me a massage expert in a technical sense, it absolutely makes me an expert on what truly works best for my body and needs. La at Renew Massage Studio in Denver stands out as one of the very best I’ve ever experienced. She took the time to carefully listen to my specific concerns – areas of chronic tension, old knots, and what I was hoping to achieve from the session. Then, she skillfully and thoughtfully addressed every single one with precise, effective techniques. The result was profound relief and relaxation that lasted for days. I’ve had plenty of technically proficient massages from other therapists that felt like a generic “stock” routine – good, but not truly personalized. La’s approach was completely different: attentive, intuitive, and fully tailored to me. It made all the difference. Renew massage has been my go-to massage place for the last couple years. Ever since I found out that they do cupping I have made many appointments with them. My most recent massage was with La and it was amazing. She has a really good flow with the cupping and covers everything. I appreciate how much she helped me and how relaxing it was.
I hesitate to post this because I wanted to gatekeep my massage therapist, but Jenny at Renew Massage Studio is amazing. She doesn’t just go through the motions of a massage (which was generally my experience with massages in the past), but she will meticulously seek out any tight spots and work her way through them. She’ll find areas I didn’t even know were tense. I used to think I couldn’t handle firm pressure, but Jenny will go over tight areas so slowly and with such care that it is actually tolerable and even enjoyable. She is lovely and takes feedback very well and I always leave feeling amazing. This is the first studio I have been to where I truly feel the benefits of massage therapy beyond just relaxation. The studio itself is clean and comfortable and all of the staff is great. The monthly membership is also a great deal. I would highly recommend this location!
KJ is amazing and Renew provides a clean and private environment. I’ve been getting massages from KJ for over a year because I have a lot of stiffness in my neck and she is the best therapist I’ve been to. She’s incredibly attentive and thorough and always uses the perfect amount of pressure. I feel relief after every session and she goes out of her way to help me feel relaxed and comfortable. Highly recommend!
I had an amazing massage at Renew Massage Studio. The staff was really kind. And the atmosphere was very relaxing. Maya is an amazing massage therapist who can both work out the tough knots in the muscles, while also providing an incredibly relaxing massage. It has been a day since my massage and i'm still feeling the serenity of the experience. I give Maya at Renew my highest ratings.
