Ace Electronics is a fantastic source for all things electronic assemblies, tools, hobby supplies, etc. They've completely filled the void left by Radio Shack, Circuit City, and Fry's. I go here frequently for project needs and am always satisfied. 10/10
It has the last large horde of surplus parts that I know of in Houston along with a good selection of new products.
This is a fantastic place for any electronics enthusiasts to peruse. The isles are stocked full of components and everything is well organized. I've been shopping here since I was about 12 years old and I'm now almost 40. I highly recommend stopping by for a visit because electronics stores like this are a thing of the past. Hopefully I'll be able to continue shopping here for another 28+ years.
This place is Houston's best source for electronic components. They also have test equipment. They have everything from used to new under one roof. The employees here are always helpful and very knowledgeable. I have been a customer for many, many years. Their prices are always fair and reasonable. Today, I only got a relay switch.
