I’m what you might call an intermediate photographer, and having to be mostly self-taught means that I wasn’t 100% sure what equipment I needed for my photoshoot. Brad and Dave (? I’m so sorry if I got that name wrong!) from the Houston Office were so incredibly helpful in advising me on equipment rentals like lighting, soft box kits, etc. They even took the time to teach me how to set it up and break it down! I’m crazy grateful that I didn’t have to carry my personal equipment through the Houston airport. Top-shelf team! Lifesavers, every one of them…

They extend grace when needed and are always willing to go the extra mile to help. On top of this, they deliver excellent service, are communicative and transparent.
