Extremely frustrating experience as a tenant and unacceptable service. We’ve been left without a washer for nearly a month, with no urgency or accommodation. The washer, which is included in our lease, has been broken since December 18. Although I responded promptly by text to schedule the replacement, management later claimed they never received it and kept delaying the fixes. We were told the earliest possible replacement date is January 12, but it has not been confirmed. This is all while we are paying $5,400+ per month in rent. Poor communication, lack of follow-through, and no compensation offered. I would not recommend renting from this property management company.
I am a new resident at an Advantage PM property. All of the communication from the team has been so professional and helpful. Today I had my first small maintenance issue and they had a vendor out within two hours and fixed everything so quickly.
