I’d like to give a big thank you to Yuji and the rest of the team for their ongoing support and guidance in helping me reach my personal fitness goals. The trainers are incredibly knowledgeable, motivating, and genuinely care about your progress. The atmosphere is welcoming and friendly, which makes training enjoyable and comfortable every session. The equipment is top-notch and well maintained, and the personalised approach really sets A’Hern Fitness apart from other gyms. I honestly can’t recommend A’Hern Fitness enough — they are outstanding at what they do, and I couldn’t understate how great the experience has been.
I started training at A'Hearn towards the end of 2025 and I wish I'd started earlier. As someone who finds normal gyms intimidating, A'Hearn is the complete opposite. An intimate facility that limits the number of people training at any one time, the vibe is welcoming and supportive. My usual trainer is Yuji, who is super patient and encouraging (and tolerates my whinging about planks and push ups with good humour) but who also makes sure I challenge myself more than I would if left to my own devices. I train with a friend and she says Yuji with his gentle, supportive manner is the perfect trainer for her. I have also trained with Jen, who is just fabulous - she has a great sense of humour and a vibrant, positive energy that is infectious and makes me want to do better. Thank you Yuji and Jen, you're the best trainers ever!
Yuji at A'Hern Fitness is a fabulous trainer. He is knowledgeable, patient and kind. In the 8 months I have been working with Yuji I have become much stronger. I'm looking forward to seeing more development next year. Thanks Yuji- you're tops and Jen and the rest of the team is great too!
Definitely recommend A'Hern to anyone interested in personal training sessions. Yuji is amazing, he has been very receptive and adaptive with exercises plans in accomdating my Injuries and Type 1 diabetes. I enjoy each session I have there, and I'm able to achieve strength and conditioning goals I otherwise struggle with when training alone. It's been great to work on my form and exercises that are unfamiliar with me in a safe and enjoyable environment. Jen & the other staff are very friendly. They have a great balance with how many people they book into the gym at any one time and their costs are pretty reasonable and offered good value compared to alternative options.
I joined A’Hern Fitness in 2023. It is a very pleasant space - calm, clean and well equipped and not crowded or noisy. The staff are very friendly and supportive. My trainer Yuji is wonderful. I really enjoy my sessions with him for various reasons not least because he’s such a delightful person. He puts a great deal of ‘individualised’ thought into the exercises he chooses for his clients and really tailors them to accommodate particular limitations or issues.
