Pilates Canberra is excellent. I’ve been a customer for over 10 years and have attended reformer, mat and customised sessions. The instructors are superb taking time to ensure that everyone progresses and tailoring to different skills and strengths. They also have a great new studio.

I’ve been doing Pilates since the mid 80s and have now been enjoying Pilates Canberra for the last three years. The teaching at the studio is as good as it gets! The studio itself has all the classic Pilates equipment in a very pleasant environment. They focus primarily on private to small group lessons, the way Pilates was designed to be taught by Joseph Pilates. I cannot recommend the studio highly enough.
Hands down Pilates Canberra is the best in Canberra ... perhaps even Australia. The instructors are world-class. Having danced professionally and had the luxury of high quality pilates throughout my career, Pilates Canberra surpasses anything I ever experienced as a professional dancer. The facility is beautiful - large, contemporary, high quality machines, a wide variety of clinical and fitness equipment, and a convenient location. So many great things to say about this place but if I had to pick one it'd be "tailoring to the individual". Whether you're an experienced fitness enthusiast, new to Pilates or injured, Pilates Canberra is the place for you. Do yourself a favour and check it out. Promise you won't regret it.
