I recently engaged Alfa Air to repair my Daikin ducted air-conditioning system. It was a challenging job, but overall the work was completed to a good standard. While one staff member displayed an unpleasant attitude, Curtis ultimately identified the fault and ensured it was resolved. Overall, I am satisfied with the outcome and have no hesitation in recommending Alfa Air to anyone requiring air-conditioning services. Thank you.
Awful experience. Was quoted a price for an ac install then after my old units had been cut out and disconnected the team told me the unit I was quoted for wouldn’t fit the existing infrastructure. Immediately I was quoted 2k more to go ahead. This was OCT 2023 Fast forward to two years after install and the unit is leaking profusely to the point of causing damage to the floors and furniture. Of course the unit is no longer under install warranty and the company says it’s having issues because I haven’t had them come and service it. Never before have I had this issue with any ac units and especially not brand new ones. Would not recommend this company. Also, after I wrote this review the company called me and Cameron Pervis, managing director, looked up my husband on LinkedIn. Review update: After having the Unit assessed by an independent electrician it was found to have been incorrectly installed from the get go. Of course Alfa Air is accepting no responsibility and offering only excuses.
Absolutely 5-star service! The price was very reasonable and the team was extremely professional. After the installation, a huge storm hit and I was prepared for roof leaks—but not a single drop came through. The workmanship is outstanding. If I had gone with a smaller or inexperienced company, I’m sure the result would have been very different. I highly recommend this experienced team! Thank you for your service! Alvin
I can’t recommend AlfaAir highly enough. We have had them in to install and service our air con for years. They are just outstanding from the quote process to install. Down to earth and honest. The team we had in today were friendly polite professional and clearly enjoyed their job and each others company. Highly professional. Good value.
