Not sure why the reviews are so low. We took out cat here last night for a gash in his paw, he needed stitches. The receptionist was kind, the doctors were so helpful and explained everything they were doing and gave us multiple estimates and talked us through everything. We were in an out in a little over an hour, all in all, we will be going there for any emergency! It’s a different situation for everyone going there, never a fun night having to go but to have a team who cares makes it easier. Sweet Zhu is feeling so much better!
My son and I brought his 12 week old GSD, Kaiser in on thanksgiving evening. Kaiser had gotten into the trash and ate like half of the turkey carcass. We was not acting well so we brought him in. The staff and Dr were great and induced vomiting and took X Rays. 24 hours later now and he is doing just fine! So grateful for them. 🐾
They saved my boy and Brittany the night nurse was fantastic, BUT if we hadn’t had the money they would not have treated him. It was 150 in the first five minutes and then they came with the bill and it all had to be paid upfront before they would treat him. Luckily we had the money, but for those that would need a day or so to get the money they would not had treated my boy. And I was overcharged by 777 dollars which they happily refunded, but I could had lost my boy and they would had let that happen if I wasn’t able to pay all the upfront costs.
Every staff member was very compassionate and attentive to my cat and myself. I could not think straight during my cat’s emergency the staff made sure I was taken care of and worked with me at great lengths. I’ll forever be grateful for the care we received.
I see a lot of reviews on here about people complaining about the refusal of service due to the person not being able to afford the upfront cost and high prices. First off, yes it can be very expensive. If you dont have the money, its not their fault they cant cover the cost for your animal. For my rottweiler puppy it was over $4000 to save his life. Was it worth it? 100%. The staff here went above and beyond and my puppy is back to himself chewing my whole house up. Best staff ever.
