Very friendly staff who knows the products they have currently and past products. My partner and I was looking on getting an iPad but didn't know which one was going to work best for the use case. My partner currently has an iPad for AAC Communication and for Content Consumption (ie: Disney plus, Hulu, YouTube...) with the amount of knowledge and information they sales person had made our decision easier to get an iPad Air.
The repair service is useless. You might need something as simple as replacing a battery on your iPhone, and the staff at this establishment will try to convince you to buy a new iPhone. It's pointless to have the best technology and the most beautiful store if your staff doesn't provide decent service.
The Apple Store on Boylston Street is a large, modern flagship Apple retail location in Boston’s Back Bay. It blends Apple’s signature minimalist design with a prime downtown shopping experience — featuring a spacious three-story layout and a glass staircase that’s become a local landmark.
What an amazing and beautiful store. It has that real apple feeling and the staff at this store was so friendly and so helpful. Even though it was busy, they managed to help me within a few minutes and guide me thru the whole process of purchasing some awesome apple products.
Went for Genius tech bar for macbook repair. Was checked-in by their staff named - Steven. He remembered by name even though I was revisiting the store after 7 hours. Kudos! That guy is a genius. The experience at repair was good. Would have given 5 stars if there was a restroom and drinking water section.
