Went to them with an old computer and explained that I didn't want any expensive fixes, just a quick fix, if possible. They were very understanding and quickly determined there was a more serious issue that made it more appealing for me to buy a new laptop instead. They charged me a reasonable fee to clear the data (since I asked for this) to conclude a painless process. Would go to for any future issues!
Prompt, professional, pleasant, and transparent about their (quite reasonable) costs. My issue (laptop not charging) was a simple one, but I left with the trust that if I ever have a more serious computer problem, I should check in with them first!
I made an appointment to see about getting my laptop screen fixed. They were extremely professional and helpful, and explained the options and costs to me thoroughly, suggesting that, given the age of the computer, I should think about whether it was worth the cost. I was impressed by their thoroughness and professionalism and grateful that they didn't try to up-sell me. Would definitely go back in the future.

Scheduling an appointment online was easy and their systems gather such thorough information to make the process smoother. I recently wanted to upgrade my older desktop PC, but wasn't able to install the new parts on my own. I found On The Spot while looking for help and am so happy I chose them. The upgrades wound up being more complicated than we originally expected and they did everything they could to test different solutions to identify the problem and fixed it with a new motherboard. They were communicative during the process and were mindful of costs the whole time. My computer with all the new parts is running great just in time to run the beast of a game that is the Sims 4 and it's new expansion pack. I'm so thankful for the help and will definitely choose them again for any future repairs or upgrades!
Absolutely satisfied with the services provided by On The Spot Computer Repairs. My laptop was not booting up and I called them up asking for a solution. They took my laptop on the same day and assured me that, they would finish running initial diagnostics within 24 hours. Everything was explained clearly and patiently. Turns it out was an issue with the RAM, and they swiftly replaced it. They even offered to give a me an alternate power cord that is compatible with the US wall sockets for free. 100% satisfied with them. Thank you so much!
