My life transformation began at this incredible fitness center. When I first walked into Arzadon Fitness two and a half months ago, my life looked very different. I started my journey in early October 2025, and from day one, I knew I was in the right place. On my first meet-and-greet, Coach Jay spent two to three hours truly listening to me. He took the time to understand my lifestyle and helped me believe that real, lasting change is possible. He also introduced me to my current trainer, best friend, and life coach, Stacy Schan—a decision that turned out to be one of the best choices I’ve ever made. With Stacy’s exceptional training programs and lifestyle management guidance, I achieved what once felt impossible. In just two and a half months, I lost an incredible 48 pounds, going from 247 lbs to 199 lbs. This transformation has changed not only my body, but also my mindset and overall quality of life. I have been training here for about a year and the Hybrid Transformation program has been an awesome experience. The structured programming, nutrition check-ins, and regular assessments really helped keep me consistent and focused. I have improved my mental wellness, gained a noticeable amount of muscle and overall size since starting. Jay, the owner, and Tian are both great trainers who are super knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely invested in your progress. The environment is positivity motivating and welcoming. I've been working out at Arzadon Fitness in the hybrid program for the last 7 months. My body now has definition, I’m the strongest I’ve been in years, and the lowest weight I’ve been in 25 years. Through the biweekly assessments I’ve learned a lot about how to tweak nutrition for my specific goals and I wouldn’t have been able to accomplish my fitness and weight loss goals without that level of support. My weight training program changes every few weeks which means I never get bored and going through the new program with Jay allows me to better understand load and form. The gym itself is a supportive environment which makes it easy to share equipment and ask questions. I’m looking forward to accomplishing more fitness goals with the help of Jay and his team.
