Simon was super helpful giving me tips over the phone for how to solve a time-sensitive water leak problem on my VW right before thanksgiving when most shops (including his) didn't have availability due to the holiday. He didn't have to help me at all, but he took time out of his day to give me advice on the phone for free so that I was able to do 90% of the work myself. For the 10% I did have him do, he charged super fairly and got it done quickly with no issues. To top it off, he helped with a follow-up item on the ECU on his own time. It's people like this that make me feel good about independent mechanics. As someone who prefers to do car work myself when I can, I would go to him every single time based on this experience - couldn't ask for better service.
From start to finish, the team at Auto Body Garage was incredibly communicative and kept me updated at every stage of the repair. I interacted primarily with Walter and Simon, who were both a delight--genuinely friendly, welcoming, and easy to work with. This level of transparency was refreshing. They gave honest timelines, broke down the costs without any surprises, and made sure I understood exactly what was being done. On top of all that, they surprised me with a complimentary detail! Every inch of the car, inside and out, looked absolutely flawless when I picked it up. It was the perfect finishing touch and really showed how much they care about their customers and take pride in what they do. It’s rare to find this combination of skill, communication, and customer-first service. I wouldn't consider taking my car anywhere else for body work (Fingers crossed I won't need to any time soon!) and wholeheartedly recommend this shop to anyone needing repairs :)
I brought my car in to repair the rear bumper after someone hit it, and Simon took amazing care of everything. The damage was pretty bad, but when I picked up my car it looked brand new again. The repair is flawless and you can’t even tell anything ever happened. They were attentive, professional and very kind throughout the whole process. I’m truly impressed with the quality of their work and I highly recommend this shop to anyone who needs body repair. Thank you, Simon and team, for taking such good care of my car.
Simon was able to take me in immediately that one incredibly stressful morning when I woke up to my Tesla Y completely wrecked after a hit and run while it was parked overnight in my neighborhood. No note. Sentry mode didn’t capture anything. The driver side rear panel, taillight, and charging port were completely damaged. It was such a sad day and my heart sank after discovering, but Simon reassured that he’ll take care of me. And that he did. In 3 week’s time, he texted and said the car was ready. Before even starting work on my car, he clearly told me he’s not going to rush anything and wants the best quality job done so it’ll look like new. I was in complete agreement and told him to take his time. Throughout the waiting period, Simon constantly messaged me photos of the progress and communicated with my insurance. Payment was smooth and stress free. On pickup day, I couldn’t believe how clean my baby looked! Like from out of the dealer lot. Everything looked new and functioned the way it should. Living in the city will have its ups and downs, and this was definitely one of those really frustrating and disappointing moments in my life. But when you have dependable, trust-worthy folks like Simon and his team at Auto Body Garage, you can move forward and not lament over things that you may not have control over. I’d recommend anyone to this establishment for your auto body needs.
Great job fixing door bump and cracked side mirror shell! Like new now. Other shops I visited wanted to replace the whole entire parts, Auto Body Garage provided a fair quote for just the repairs that was actually needed. Came out at significantly lower price. Appreciate the honesty, highly recommend!
