Dr. Scott Runyon at Backcountry Physical Therapy did a great job working on my golfers elbow. He utilized Dry Needling. My elbow has no pain now!! I can now get back to weight lifting. Dr. Scott is great. Practical, focused, and really tailors plans to what you need. He helped me with a hamstring issue, so when my knee started acting up, it was great to go back to someone I trust. He also gave me long-term tips for lifting and training that I use in my normal routine. 5 stars!
Scott is great! Came in with myriad issues, mainly back pain caused by poor posture and strength imbalances. We worked over the course of 10 sessions to address that as well as myriad other issues. He listens, stays within your comfort level but still challenges you (only way to see progress, after all) and is easygoing to work with. I can go on much longer hikes now without intense pain. I appreciated the convenience of the online portal to access my exercises.
