I’ve always hated lifting weights, and I never thought I’d say this, but Troy has made me love them. Not just because I see changes in my body, but because I’m constantly amazed by what my body can do. He makes you want to keep trying and pushing for more. I’ve never been consistently active, and now movement is truly part of my lifestyle. I actually look forward to being active every day, which has been life-changing. Troy is an incredible trainer—authentic, down-to-earth, and motivating. He clearly walks the talk, brings great energy, and knows when to push and when to be serious. Joining BeastClub University was one of the best decisions I made this year. I love the new community I have found! Troy is an amazing trainer! He challenges us both mentally and physically by pushing us into having a "can do" mindset. Now, I am lifting heavier weights and running more than I ever have in my adult life and I am loving the physical results.
