Thomas Dudley with Berkeys,installed a new disposal and all under the sink plumbing lines. He was one of the nicest servicemen I have used. His work was excellent, very clean and tidy, and time efficient. He went to extra trouble and help me move a piece of furniture to my dining room. Will definitely ask for him in the future.

i did not get a good and correct diagnosis on my air-conditioning issue of not working from Berkey resulting on calling another company tech to resolve the issue. The price of $147 for a minor diagnosis is not worth it and much more with $59 dispatched additional charges. I felt i was robbed with this experienced and service charges of no results. In fairness to Berkey's tech, she is new on this job and should have not been dispatched on her own but supervised by senior tech or company support especially if she has a hard time looking for the fault of the system. In my opinion, i would think twice calling Berkey;s services because the money paid was not worth of the service. I paid half the priced from the other big company i called for compared to what Berkeys charged me and my air-conditioning is now working. If i am new customer, i would think twice to call Berkeys services and making sure i am paying worth of the money. For Berkeys, please review your charges with consideration like this experienced of not getting a correct diagnostic. I would suggest supporting your new tech with your senior tech to provide accurate investigation of the problem.
