The kids enjoyed their time. We visited during the week in the morning and it wasn’t that busy. Similar to most local trampoline parks.
This facility is everything the reviews say they are. Absolutely fantastic! There is plenty to do not only for kids of all ages, but adults too! We had an absolute blast! Prices were comparable to other similar places. Food was exceptionally and surprisingly good! Two huge jungle gyms, dodgeball, basket ball, obstacle course, climbing wall, virtual reality games, and you can jump onto an air bag. This place was far out! The staff were beyond amazing, friendly, and you can tell they take a lot of pride in keeping this place clean. We will absolutely be back and I recommend others go one hundred percent! Any negative reviews you see on here are from either fake and or entitled people. There is literally nothing to complain about this place!
We held a joint birthday party for our boys here and couldn’t be happier! The kids had 90 minutes of jump time plus 45 minutes in the party area to refuel. The space was clean, all equipment was open and well-maintained, and the food (chicken fingers and wings) hit the spot. The kids especially enjoyed the cotton candy tower. Our host Sierra was fantastic, and every staff member was attentive and friendly. Highly recommend this place for a stress-free, fun-filled party!
What makes Big Air different then other trampoline parks? Each park offers a variety of physical entertainment, typical American fare, and fun. What made our visit different was the person greeting us near the entrance. You need to sign a waiver and the QR code is easy to miss. But the attendant provided helpful instructions and was incredibly nice. A few other things I noticed for differences: Toddler area and virtual reality play. Overall, the area seems very clean. They will be able to maintain this with customer respect for the equipment and good cleaning practices. If you have socks from another park you can trade them in for their socks. Last tip: bring a water bottle to refill at their refill station. It Is very difficult to hear what the person on the loud speaker is saying.
Love this place! They have brand new equipment and everything is super clean. Lots of fun games, and the play areas are separated for toddlers and big kids, which is really nice. We also tried the food - Umami sauce was awesome
