Clearly nobody cares. The lanes are in awful condition — the ball hops and rattles instead of rolling smoothly. This affects multiple lanes, not just one. Their responses about “regular maintenance” don’t match reality at all. I guess it’s good enough for birthday parties. What a joke.

Date Night was fun! It was good vibes and good good bowling! This was our first visit here. The only reason I rated 4/5 is there is no place to move extra bowling balls.
Bowlero Eden Prairie is a fun and entertaining spot for both kids and adults, with bowling, an arcade, and even laser tag. It’s a great place for parties, with friendly service and cool staff that make the experience even better. We had the mixed platter and it was just right for 4 people.
Went here with my family on a Friday night. Overall it was a great experience. There are plenty of lanes at this alley and didn't seem crowded even with a few birthday parties taking place. The system that ran the lane was old and a few times randomly skipped a bowler and have them a strike or spare. It also didn't show everyone's names even though they were properly typed in. The food and drinks tasted great. I liked that you could order straight from the tablet on the lane. It was a little pricey. We will definitely go again as a family.
