Had hydraulic problems ,,, they were very knowledgeable and fixed everything as promised and also in a timely manner.. Will definitely recommend to anyone with an RV !!! Had a toilet leaking problem ,,, they assessed the problem and order new valves and installed. Also did troubleshooting on roof leak and found pinhole beside AC unit , and revealed !!!!! Very reasonable price and superb service , and turn around time !!!! Will definitely be using them again ,,,, when the need arrives !!!!!!
As a full timer that has been in the area for many years, we've used Blackbird several times and have always been impressed on their knowledge and response times. Not once have they not been able to find and fix our problem, from water heater, to AC to electrical issues, they've able to fix it. Most RV repair folks aren't very good with RV AC's but they are. Take my advice and give them a shot for all of your RV repair needs. And no, I don't work for them or know them outside of our repair needs, I'm just giving you an honest and independent recommendation based on several experiences with another AC repair last week as the most recent.
My RV AC broke in the middle of a Texas summer, and I called on Monday. Tina told me Chris would need to do the quote and that he’d be back Wednesday. It’s now been over a week, and I still haven’t heard a single word from Chris. Thanks for wasting a week of my time while I sat here with no AC in this heat. I was recommended to this place, but after this experience I’ll be making sure the person who referred me knows not to recommend them anymore.
AC went out around noon and I gave Tina a call over at Blackbird. I was expecting the worst, but fortunately she was able to get Chris out here before the end of the day. After looking at my unit for a few minutes he determined I needed a fan motor and asked if I wanted to order one or if I wanted to get a used one from his shop. Well 100 degrees Texas summer of course I went with the used one. Chris took off and was back before I knew it with the part . Same day service thankfully he had me up and running in no time at all. Thank you Tina and Chris!
As we RV travel full time with my girlfriend Pamela we need often RV Services. Black Bird guys replaced our awning, were on time and friendly. After years we finally feel we can happily rate RV technicians 5 STARS. Thank you.
