Ordered an arrangement from out of state around 10am and a beautiful floral arrived by 3pm! Great service and wonderful product. Would order again.
I bought "Funky In Fall" for my friend's wedding and the flowers were beautiful but it came in a vase on the day of her wedding day - which caused a lot of issues on her very special day. I called to ask and they put the blame on me that I should've made a note that this should be hand-held when the site clearly says "Bouquet will be delivered approximately as pictured" and one and only picture on the site displayed is HAND HELD. They offered they could make it into a bouquet if we brought the flowers to the shop. We did not take the offer however and made a bouquet on our own.
I hadn't spoken to my daughter in years. On her birthday at the last minute I called Unique Flowers and they suggested flavored pop corn etc. She got it at 6pm same day. Thank you so much. She loved it.
I called on Friday, Dec 20th around 11:00 to order an arrangement for a co-worker's birthday to be delivered on Monday. I asked that they deliver it Monday morning for her birthday and told them I was using them because they were so close to our office (1.3 miles away). I mentioned Monday morning 2-3 times. We closed the office at noon for our Christmas party, and came back to the office after party and the flowers were left at our front door. Had I not come back they would have been sitting there all weekend (or not). I immediately called them and left a lengthy message on their answering machine about the mistake and how upset I was, and asked for a return phone call. It is now Tuesday and I never heard back from them, the reason for this negative feedback. I always give a company the opportunity to make it right. I would have been better off picking up a bouquet from Kroger and throwing in a vase because that is what they look like and paid over $90 with tax & delivery.
Der schöne Strauß aus einem Dutzend roter Rosen, den ich am Valentinstag / meinem Geburtstag erhalten habe, blüht drei Tage später. Die meisten Rosen, die man bekommt, bleiben in Knospen, hängen herab und sterben. Nicht diese. Absolut wunderschön! Und sie riechen himmlisch!
