I don’t leave reviews but I wanted to leave one because I have purchased flowers online many times and they never come out as advertised. Bloom Flowers did an incredible job with this bouquet. I live in California and I wanted to send flowers to a loved one in Nashville at the hospital. I placed my order the night before and they got delivered the next day, safe and sound. Thank you so much, the recipient loved their flowers.
Ordered a christmas bouquet what I received vs what I ordered were two completely different arrangements. When I called to discuss I was treated rudely and was told they were out of the a few of the flowers in the bouquet I ordered and didn't have a red vase so put in a green vase. Basically they couldn't provide what was pictured paid for and ordered and her solution was they would go pick it up and refund me. I sent it to someone as a gift so NO you can't go pick it up unless you plan on delivering what was ordered. I paid $105.00 she refunded me $37.50. Can't provide what was advertised and horrible customer service. Find a different florist.
My colleagues sent me flowers from Bloom for my work anniversary. The arrangement I received was gorgeous and so incredibly colorful! I loved the combination of bright purple-fuchsia zinnias and massive, vivid sunset-orange roses (which smelled AMAZING). The flowers lasted so long and brightened up my otherwise beige cubicle for at least a week and a half.
So a last minute need of a birthday arrangement, I called and had the great pleasure to speak with the incredibly kind and joyful voice of Kendall. She was creative with the wide selection of unique and beautiful flowers that surpassed any expectation. She was knowledgeable, friendly and made me feel valued (very calming to my last minute need). Kendall, you’re truly a ray of sunshine! Thank you, Kendall, for understanding my vision and creating a personalized arrangement. The order process was smooth, and delivery was prompt. Kendall went above and beyond to make the experience special. My daughter, the recipient, was surprised and also blown away how stunning the arrangement was and how long they lasted. I wanted to order a bouquet to congratulate my brother and his fiancé on their new home. His fiancé’s favorite flower is peonies. I called and a lady notified me peonies weren’t in season yet, but she did recommend dragonfly roses to be added to the bouquet order. This was such a wonderful recommendation! I am so grateful for her taking the time to take my call and make recommendations. I am definitely going to be a repeat customer! Picture is from my future sister-in-law after the delivery.
