I ordered an arrangement to send for a birthday gift. The website is easy to use and has lots of options for a reasonable price. I got an email reminding me that I forgot to add on a vase, and offered a free vase if I left a google review. Edit: the Noel flower arrangment was beautiful 😊
Wonderful experience, my girlfriend recently moved to toronto and I wanted to surprise her with something special. Needless to say bloomen's flowers were a great success, the online ordering process was smooth and I could select addons such as chocolate and a fitting vase which was important to me. The flowers are high quality and look stunning and last quite a while. Only imorovement I can think of is to provide more chocolate options as addons. Can only recommend!
So the flowers are gorgeous. They came beautifully wrapped and exactly as my husband ordered. The only reason I didn’t give five stars is that the delivery man laid them on the front step instead of ringing the doorbell. I was home and near the door and not even a ring or a knock. I think especially with fresh flowers they should knock
I received GORGEOUS lilies from a friend ordered from Bloomen. Such a gorgeous bouquet, just full!!! So many lilies my vase was bursting! They arrived all as buds and it was really fun watching them bloom throughout the week. I loved my bouquet so much that I just placed a new order for myself! Update: I have to remove 3 stars due to a negative experience while placing the second order. I added their vase because I liked the way it looked in the image, it was a different shape than the vases I already had. At no point during checkout or when adding to cart did it inform me that I might be sent a different vase. I was sent a totally different vase and actually it was exactly the same as the one I already had. After a ton of back and forth with them, they wouldn’t agree to either refund the amount I paid for the vase nor to deliver the correct one, I even offered to return the original vase that I didn’t want. The solution we landed on was I had to place another order, with a deadline, and they would send the right vase then. However, I have decided this does not suit me as the quality of my second order was not good - I ordered sunflowers and they were crushed petals in odd directions and very small too. Since then, I have found the bouquets I can get from stores like Whole Foods and Eataly are much higher quality and a very tiny fraction of the price (like $13 instead of $70+ for the same amount of flowers). Perhaps the issue is with their delivery as that could’ve been when the petals got crushed or misshapen. I have such sunflowers from Eataly sitting on my table right now, so I cannot bring myself to spend another $50+ at Bloomen just for the vase - especially given the tight deadline. If you have a high quality grocery store near you and aren’t dependent on the delivery, I recommend using that. The quality and longevity of the flowers seem to be the same or better and it’s much better value for money.
