The One Day Zen retreat was the perfect way to spend the day and start the new year. The entire morning was full of compassion and beautiful energy healing and relaxation. The volunteers were so friendly and helpful, and exuded joy and kindness. We had the most delicious, wholesome meal made by the volunteers, and I feel satiated, relaxed, and deeply grateful. I came for one day zen re-treat! It was just amazing experience! The place was so neat and clean! The whole experience of meditation was so amazing! It felt like soul healing! They also offer vegetarian free meal! All the volunteers were so helpful and generous! If you are looking for energy healing, stress relief must must go to relieve your self!
