My fiancé and I just purchased our first home together and could not be happier with the team we went with ~Jenny, Bonnie and Bradley! Buying a home when you live out of state let alone your FIRST home can be very overwhelming, however our experience was quite the opposite of that. From our first phone call with Jenny to closing day with Bradley, Bonnie and Jenny it was truly a 5 star experience. They were incredibly responsive and well organized. They went out of their way to make sure we were able to see homes in the one weekend we could visit town and we found our home! The home we chose had another offer and we absolutely did not want to lose it. We trusted Jenny's advice and made an aggressive offer - it was accepted! The inspection period as a first time home buyer is scary - however Jenny, Bonnie, and Bradley are absolute pros and handled everything as soon as the inspection report came in. Jenny was able to negotiate additional seller paid closing costs, a reduction in price, a home warranty for one year paid, and repairs included in the closing cost. It was truly incredible how Jenny managed to get everything we asked for and more! The cherry on top was our home appraising for more than our contracted price. The resources they have been able to provide even after purchasing our home have reassured us we really chose the best of the best. We will absolutely be using this team again one day to find our forever dream home!

We sold our home from out of town, and they handled every last detail and communicated extremely well every step of the way.
