Super great and helpful people. I just bought a bike and have absolutely no clue what I was doing. Andrew helped me a lot to get fitted and all the other essentials that I needed for a good deal. Very knowledgeable and nice as well. Excellent place for beginners!
Wow, the customer service is fantastic! Great communication on the ebikes we ordered. They put them together, charged them, and took time to show us how they work. They delivered them as well! Friendly and helpful. So happy!
Think twice before coming to this toxic shop!! I came in to have my sworks tarmac sl8 built as a christmas gift to my dad, the following day i came into the shop to be welcomed by a very frustrated mechanic in a bad mood yelling that there was something wrong with the bike (there is nothing wrong with the bike) and he couldnt put it together. After showing him a video of the bike being build and specifically showing him what he was frustrated about made no sense I decided to take the bike somewhere else just to find out that this mechanic had drill a hole in the front derrailler hanger which he had mentioned he had to do to “make it work” and when i called back to see if they would fix their mistake and pay for the piece they hung up on me. Absolutely shameless. Now i come to find out this piece is in back order and wont be available until January. Thanks guys for making sure my dad didnt get his bike for Christmas. Seriously dont waste your time and money..
Awesome experience. A little out of my way but my visit was well worth it. I had visited two other close by bike shops. First one, didn’t even get noticed. Second one didn’t have what I was looking for. I mean I didn't blame them after all my Bianchi is over 35 years old. It’s more like searching for vintage components. Britton’s bike shop had it all. The service guy was as excited to see an old timer walk in as I was when I found out I was getting my Bianchi back after 30plus years away from it. I got helped with questions only a Bianchi dealers would know and couple of questions he wasn’t able to answer but helped me do a little research online. 😁definitely would come back. Service, selection, knowledge
An exceptional team at Britton's. Jim the owner, and Andrew did a fantastic job informing me on several bike options to choose for my first Tribike. With their recommendation, I choose a new QR V-PRi to take my triathlon sport to the next level. They were so knowledge, and detailed in every aspect through the ordering process, down to the getting the bike custom fit for me before I left. The bike is AWESOME. I'm so pleased how it turned out. I would highly recommend them for their level of expertise, and excellent customer service. Thank you Jim, Andrew and Rick!
