*** UPDATE we purchased more items for our new home. Absolutely phenomenal service. They moved our "older" items we purchased from them and delivered the new. 7 miles down the road. Phenomenal service and love their products. Someday we hope to get that live edge Turquoise inlay Mesquite table, bench and chairs for out kitchen. Added the new photo of the "bar room." We have bought a lot of furniture over the years from Rustic Gallery. Great quality! Great staff! Great service! This was our newest addition a few months ago. 2 chairs, a rug, a cactus bench, and a buffet to complete a sitting room. We use this room a lot more than we thought we would. The next purchase will be a live edge mesquite table with chairs. We live 42 miles away, and they still delivered with a small fee. I am very pleased with this company with our 4 different purchases made in the last 4 years!
The Rustic Gallery is my new favorite store in San Antonio. There is something for everyone within the walls of this store, and most items are one of a kind. The staff is so knowledgeable about their inventory that comes from all over the world, & they seem to enjoy talking with customers and sharing background information on the many artisans they feature in their store. I was surprised how reasonable their prices were for the high quality of their products. So, if you are looking for something different, is one of a kind, beautiful, a decent price, & you like being treated like a welcome friend, then Rustic Gallery is the place for you. It’s a great place to enjoy some retail therapy.
Went there just to browse with my wife and daughter, and left with buying a bunch of beautiful furniture (buffet table, end tables, coffee table, lamp, and a statue). The gentleman even stayed 1 hour after the store closed to help us pick our selections. A big box store would have booted us out at closing. Beautiful quality items in this store. If you want something unique for your home then go to this shop because you will not be disappointed. Very happy with our purchases. Will be going back when we are looking to refurnish another room.
My family just made our second purchase here and both times Paul & Angie have been so incredible. The selection is like no other, too. We are just setting up this table, but the buffet table in our entry way has been such an attention grabber with guests. Also adding the bookcase we got here because it’s one of my faves!
