Arthur got to my site this morning to pick up my disabled car. He got here in 10 minutes-- amazing response. Art is a very competent, professional & friendly guy. Great service!
I called AAA to have my car towed. California towing showed up. I spoke with my mechanic, and he said to have my car towed to his facility. Jesus from California towing arrived.. He test drove my car and said it was fine to drive it to my mechanics shop. There was a broken radiator hose and it was leaking radiator fluid. My car broke down in the middle of the freeway and overheated and blew the head gasket. Unfortunately, my car needs a new engine and California towing has been unresponsive to AAA request.
Total incompetence. They are somehow partnered with AAA and dont know how to tow a land rover. ; The technician came and spent and hour and a half with me dismantling the dashboard and middle of car hoping to somehow find the switch to neutral. The technician Pablo Valenca had no idea where the switch was. The other tow company was able to tow the car in 5 minutes.
I have had multiple amazing experiences with Arthur, personally and professionally. I have a lowered vehicle that he has towed for me a few times and has been extra careful and courteous to not damage the car. I also work at a local car dealership and he has come to pick up and drop off customer vehicles and is always safe when loading and unloading. Arthur is a great person to work with. Left a random car in front of my house talk to driver before he pulled it down and un hooked it . Martin was just rude n lazy about I even offered to help him move it .. called the office about it passed to the “manger” I didn’t get her name she was rude about it and just hung up on me this company trash
