The appointment is easily booked online. However, you can’t change it once it is submitted. The front desk employee is professional and friendly. The place has a lobby that is decent to sit and relax, however, the WiFi is slow. The service was quick and easy. It was an inspection for an EV vehicle. There was a small mix up but we had that squared away. I enjoyed my experience for being a first timer.

I went to this shop because I have a leak in my exhaust manifold. They told me that both sides needed to be replaced. I couldn’t afford the repair at the time so I declined and was charged a diagnostic fee .. it was reduced so that was nice. I took my truck to two other shops in the area and they didn’t charge me a diagnostic fee and actually showed me the problem in person and pictures sent to me. The other shops did way better in my experience with just diagnosing and communicating with me. But overall the total cost of the job came out to about the same at all the shops so they weren’t crazy on pricing. Just didn’t communicate as well as the others.
