I came in the midst of an ice storm. Tires were reserved for me over the phone and I was able to come later in the day to have them installed. I highly recommend. Great service and best price around.

What a great experience. Phenomenal team they have there. Their store manager was awesome, they do alignments now. Got me in and out quick for new tires, wiper blades and an alignment. Highly recommend!

So stunningly impressed with my service today that I had to leave a review. I had an appointment for rotation/balancing/tire consult at 8:45 AM. I was back in my car, rotation and consult complete, driving out of the lot at 9:03 AM. I am grateful to have a local shop where the service is warm and attentive, well-organized and not rushed even during a fairly busy end of day. We we were assisted by Leu and Kenny, who addressed my concerns and inquiry with detail and care. They helped me compare choices for a much-needed set of new tires without pressuring me at all, even while still investigating whether the nail in my tire was inside or outside of the repairable area. Finally, they quickly addressed an inventory issue as soon as they discovered it, and smoothly compensated for the mistake. That is the kind of service that gains my trust and will keep me coming back.

I first bought tires at DT several years ago. I was very pleased with the service and the product. Fast forward to approximately a year ago. I bought tires again. However, the level of service and professionalism had declined markedly. Fast forward again till today. I went in to have the tires rotated and balanced. You could tell immediately there had been an improvement made in every facet of the business. The service was top-notch again and, perhaps, even better! I asked one of the sales reps if there had been a management shake up. He replied yes. It's very telling and I'm very pleased to see that DT recognized the problem and fixed it! BTW, the prices have always been some of the very best in town and still are.
