Extremely disappointed with Central Carolina Air Conditioning. After a good first visit in spring 2024, my husband scheduled another appointment for 10/1/2025 and signed up for a one-year maintenance contract. That turned out to be a huge mistake. A follow-up appointment was scheduled for 11/13/2025. Around lunchtime we were told the part hadn’t arrived and someone would call to reschedule. No one did. Two weeks later, my husband had to call again and another appointment was scheduled for 12/3/2025. On the morning of that appointment, we were once again told the part still hadn’t come in. Twice we rearranged our schedules. Twice they failed to show up. Zero follow-up. Zero accountability. My husband has since called asking to speak with a manager and still hasn’t received a call back. This level of service is unacceptable. We will not use this company again and absolutely do not recommend them.
Lucky did a very thorough job, explained what & why he was doing certain things. He arrived on time, was polite & kind. Took care to put on shoe covers protecting the flooring. Would recommend him in a heartbeat. A great example of the quality of people representing CCAC. Service: plumbing system maintenance
I received a text with my technician name and pictured and eta. Loved this! He was very prompt and wasted no time in diagnosing the issue and repair cost. He repaired the issue and encouraged me to sign up for a service contract explaining the benefits in detail. I signed up! Justin was great!
Thorough walk-thru. Good explanation of work to be done. Chad, Jon, Jonathon and Lucky did our installation. Chris did a good job of explaining how the piping for our to tank systems would have connected to install a tankless system. This connection of systems could not be done as initially planned, but Jon was able to find another way. Jon and Chad did a good job of explaining how the work would done for our tankless system.
Quick response time. Very knowledgeable. Gave different options of handling the issue. Pleased with this initial service. Update: Roger came back the next day to do the work! I am truly impressed with this company and the people I have delt with. They are professional yet friendly. Their prices are along the lines which I expected to pay. Impressive work done by Roger and Kyle. I will continue to use this company not only for home, but for other properties. Big thank you to Beth, Roger and Kyle for resolving my issues!
