My nephew flushed a toy in my toilet so I called Michael and Son on Wednesday and they were able to get me on the schedule for Friday! Phillip came out and gave me estimates for 2 different options and luckily the first option worked! Phillip was friendly, helpful and efficient. Very happy with the service.
Noticed water damage in our ceiling at 10pm, I was able to schedule an appointment online and have a technician at the house before 9am (I did not call the emergency number, this was set up as a standard visit). Our technician- Evan- was incredibly knowledgeable and respectful of house and furniture. He thoroughly explained the issue and best solution and went over pricing before starting work so there were no surprises at the end of the job. He completed the work in about 2 hours (which included opening up the ceiling and diagnosing the issue) and cleaned everything up afterwards. I would highly recommend this company for any plumbing issues, no matter the complexity!
Outstanding service. I was specifically needing support with an ecobee thermostat and Michael/Son was listed within the firmware! My compliments to the service tech Manuel. He listened thoroughly to my issue and knew immediately what the issue was. He was very knowledgeable of smart thermostats and overall a great tech. 100% recommended
Called Michale and sons when my instant water heater went bad the sent Evan white out that day. Very nice person looked over the current setup and gave me a quote right away. Once we agreed on price he cam back the next day and completed the replacement. He is a ver conscientious worker in your home, keeps a clean (as possible) work area. He always asked my thoughts on where things needed to be and did a wonderful job. Not the cheapest company around but by far one of the best I’ve worked with. They are my first call next time something happens or I want to add a service like their home maintenance which I’m getting ready to do because of how professional the company and Evan was.
Dillon is outstanding. Not only did he work efficiently and professionally, he showed exemplary respect for us and our home. He was friendly, and represented the company in a way that is rare. He bragged on his employer as far as what they offer customers, and that he is glad to be employed by them. He cleaned up after his work. The two light fixtures and three outlets he installed were handled with the utmost care. He was very patient on scaffolding, and took his time to carefully hang a fixture and then the 180 crystals on it. I became a membership owner due to the way he brought the opportunity out and represented it. I highly recommend this business, this electrician, and plan to use his services again in the future.
