Club Pilates (Bown Crossing) is a wonderful place to learn and grow in your Pilates journey. Pilates has truly changed my life, and I plan to continue for as long as I can. The instructors are professional, fun, and always welcoming with a smile. I’ve never felt intimidated asking questions—only supported and encouraged. This studio creates a positive, uplifting environment that makes you want to keep coming back.
I started taking class at the Club Pilates Bown Crossing location in August of 2023 having no idea what pilates was but with a clear goal of trying new things to improve my health. After just two or three classes I was ready to become a unlimited monthly member in large part because of the staff. It's not just that the teachers there have a broad knowledge base (some of whom were and are ballerinas, mindfulness practitioners and avid sports enthusiasts), or that their classes are innovative and fun.......it really is because they meet you where you are and slowly instill a gift of believing in yourself. Now 391 classes later and still going I am completely hooked and have made it part of my regular routine to maintain health. Club Pilates Bown Crossing is a fun group of teachers and members alike where we celebrate life and each other with milestones and friendship. I am so grateful.
Enjoy going to Pilates in Bown Crossing. Staff and instructors are great! Nice meeting and getting to know the other Pilates clients in the classes. I go twice a week and have been going for 9 months. It’s nice seeing my work is paying off with the changes to my body. If you want to strengthen and tone your body this is a fun way to do it.
Club Pilates at Bown Crossing is an exercise routine I look forward to doing. My core has gotten stronger and my balance has improved. I know Pilates is helping my whole body. The staff who make this studio fun clean and welcoming are awesome. The instructors at CP are knowledgeable and well trained and put a lot of thought into their classes. The results for me were evident at my latest wellness exam. My high cholesterol which was high for the last few years had now dropped 30 points! I was eating the same but the only difference was that I was doing Pilates 6 days a week. Now I don’t need to be considering a statin.
I absolutely love Palates at Bown Crossing. I am fast approaching my 200 class. The instructors are knowledgeable and engaging. The teach with encouraging words and actions. I will be a lifetime member. 💕
