I’m trying not to make this personal, but my wife and I visited this store on a Sunday. The woman who was working there couldn’t have been more rude to us. I don’t know if she was having a bad day or what, but we arrived at 11:02 (the advertised open time is 11:00)on a Sunday and no one was there yet. No big deal, we were just gonna leave and go somewhere else. But as we were about to turn around and leave, the employee who was opening the store walked up to us. The first thing she says to us sarcastically is, “Well you two are here right on the dot!” Then continued to expressed irritation that we were there on time, and that we had to wait outside while she got the store ready. Finally when she was done getting things in order, she opened the door and said, “Well?!” She continued to act annoyed with us while we were looking around, and we finally left because we just didn’t want to spend money at a place we were being treated so hostile. I’m not writing this to tell anyone not to go here, but to inform the owners of how one of their employees is treating their customers. What a frustrating experience.
Fun Local store for great wine, beer, and spirits selection. Stopped in looking for a bottle of wine - and got expert advice from the staff. Picked up 2 great bottles of wine, a couple 6 packs of local beer, and an organic gin I have been looking for for months!
Great selection, cool and knowledgeable staff, neighborhood institution. Cork 'n Bottle has everything you need to build up a bar cart, rush to a party, or fill a gift bag. Their wine selection is fairly decent for the size of the store, and they feature beers from all over Wisconsin. The staff are always friendly, approachable and will often have answers to questions you have.
Great little liquor shop. The owner is very helpful! Very nice selection with good prices.
First time went to this liquor shop. Super friendly service. Cashier guy has great knowledge about the products. Must stop by again!
