Most businesses will do whatever they can to make money, but that was the complete opposite of my experience. The conversation was informative and I learned something new in the process. Nick is extremely knowledgeable. I called and Nick spoke with me for nearly half an hour, completely free of charge! Although he was not able to repair my laptop (his diagnosis is my motherboard is faulty and requires manufacturer equipment to properly repair), he gave me his professional opinion. I’m extremely grateful for Nick because his recommendation was to seek repairs from the manufacturer, and not just throw money at it to profit his own business!
