I has the Spiderman edition of my phone. Gary pretty much gave me a brand new phone. New battery, charger port, back and front screen and fixed my connection issue. It was quick and worth the cost
Unfortunately, but fortunately I have been at this location about 5 times for cracked screens for my kids iphones and my Samsung products. Each visit customer service is great with different people. Fast repair times 2-4 hours, and great prices. My last visit was an insurance fix and everything was smooth. They had all my info and all I had to do was schedule and drop off my phone. This is my go to place for repairs, very professional. I hope I dont need a repair again but if I do this is my place.
This place is so not a phone repair place. Took my note 20 ultra there after it was dropped in the dog's water bowl. I guess the gentleman did not understand where he was, but he looked at the phone without opening it. Says it still works no water in your camera. Screen isn't showing any signs of water. You are fine. Even plug the charger into it. Mind you I brought it there to avoid bill from actual damage. Set me on my way. Three hours later, screen dies and I'm stuck with 200 bill for new screen and labor from a shop that actually knows what to do with a phone that may have water damage. Imo, this guy's is lazy. Don't go there. He didn't even want to check my phone from the inside to make sure this wouldn't need replacement. Thanks for nothing. You guys should be held responsible for the repair bill. Since you told me it was fine.
