Thomas Tune and Bryant Bowery were both wonderful! They both. We're very knowledgeable. Bryant tried so hard to fix the problem and stayed much later than his shift! Thomas saved us a lot of money by looking up when the furnace was installed and found it was still under warranty. Both were very professional and very respectful! All the work was done outside of regular office hours! I definitely will use Design Aire again!

Jake was great. He fixed the issue and provided information for possible future maintenance. I felt he was honest and trustworthy. Appreciated that he was able to get it working correctly and was here for no more than 20 minutes from the time he pull up in the drive to when he left. Definitely would recommend Design Aire.

As a result of a maintenance check we did through another company, we were told our boiler needed a good clean, and due to its age we were better off to replace it. The first few quotes we got for replacement came in between $12,000 and $22,000. When we called Design Aire, John Kelley immediately put us at ease that even though our boiler is old, it may still have some life left if it got a good clean. He had someone out the next day and also came over personally to look over our system and talk it through with us. Joe Burroughs was our technician and he and John had the boiler cleaned up and running in a couple of hours. They showed us how the carbon monoxide level was significantly reduced after the clean out. John also took the time to show us how to bleed our radiators which was very helpful as this is our first time owning a home with radiant heat. No shade to the other HVAC companies in St. Louis as we've had great experiences elsewhere too, but the service and expertise we experienced from Design Aire were above and beyond. We know we will need to replace our boiler someday, but now we feel like we have time to plan for the expense and came away with a better understanding of how to maintain and take care of our current system in the meantime. Thank you John and Joe!
